Speeding youths truck crush three under its wheels in Korba, locals block road in anger
A speeding truck mowed down three young men on a motorcycle and overturned near Nuneera village in Korba's Pali police station area on Wednesday morning.

According to police, the incident occurred near Bhainswahi village under the jurisdiction of Bijadandi police station at around 8 pm.

Bijadandi Police Station House Officer Anita Kudape said the four men were travelling from Paudi village to Bhainswahi village when their motorcycle hit a pothole on a culvert, causing the rider to lose control and the vehicle to plunge off the structure.

All four sustained serious injuries in the accident and later succumbed, she added.
The deceased have been identified as Pramod Kumar Nareti (24), Santalal Uikey (23), Shivam Yadav (25), and Gangaram (22).
