Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) activists on Friday held a demonstration and burnt an effigy of the Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, outside the Congress’s state war room in protest against the Youth Congress’s shirtless demonstration at the AI Impact Summit at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
The protesters took out a procession on Friday afternoon to the Congress’s state war room on Hospital Marg here in protest against the Youth Congress’s indecent “shirtless demonstration”.

The protesters were stopped by police at the entry point of Hospital Road near the Congress office, leading to a brief argument and face-off with the cops.

Later, they burnt an effigy of Rahul Gandhi and raised slogans against the rival party.
Earlier in the day, Youth Congress workers staged a demonstration at the summit venue in New Delhi, holding T-shirts bearing slogans against the government and the India-US trade deal.
