Industry estimates place India’s construction adhesives market at around ₹25,000 crore, with projections suggesting it could grow to nearly ₹1 lakh crore over the next five years, reflecting strong demand from housing, commercial construction and infrastructure projects.
Choudhary emphasised the importance of domestic manufacturing in supporting this growth, highlighting the role of indigenous production in strengthening India’s global competitiveness. He pointed to the tile manufacturing hub of Morbi in Gujarat as an example of how Indian industry has developed export capabilities and reduced reliance on imports.
The company that has over two decades of operations, sees North India as a key growth region due to rapid urbanisation and ongoing construction activity. Industry observers note that increased construction activity in urban clusters across North India is encouraging building materials firms to invest in regional markets.
