Addressing the event, Dr Yadav said the state government is taking concrete steps towards establishing Artificial Intelligence (AI) as the cornerstone of citizen-centric, transparent and efficient governance. AI-based administrative systems, management practices, technological innovations and academic research will play a decisive role in achieving the goal of Viksit Bharat @2047.

Chief Minister Dr Yadav stated that his government is effectively utilising AI across departments for the implementation of public welfare schemes. “AI has emerged as a transformative force for governance, industry and society. The state will soon introduce a dedicated AI Policy, and AI initiatives will be undertaken in mission mode,” he noted.

He added that there are immense possibilities for AI deployment in sectors such as mining and healthcare.

The chief minister flagged off the Skill Rath under the AI Literacy Mission for Future Skills for an AI-Powered India. Several Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) were exchanged in his presence.

He felicitated the winners of the Ujjain Mahakumbh Hackathon, organised for the management of Ujjain Simhastha–2028, and the Madhya Pradesh Innotech Competition.
