Actor Kunal Kemmu is all set to step back into the shoes of single dad Gaurav Gehlot as Netflix has officially renewed its family drama ‘Single Papa’ for Season 2.
On Monday, Netflix confirmed the news through its Instagram handle by sharing a poster of the series.

The caption kept it fun and celebratory, announcing that ‘Single Papa’ is returning with a new season and will stream soon on the platform.

‘Single Papa’ became a quiet favourite among audiences after its release. At its heart, the show tells the story of Gaurav Gehlot, a single father trying to manage work, parenting, emotional baggage, and constant family pressure.
The show stood out because it did not rely on loud drama. Instead it mostly focused on everyday struggles.
Kunal Kemmu’s performance as confused yet caring father received wide, wide appreciation.
One of the biggest talking points around ‘Single Papa’ was its sensitive portrayal of adoption. The series was acknowledged by India’s Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA). They applauded it for showing adoption process in responsible and realistic way.
