The highly anticipated ODI series between India and New Zealand is set to be played across multiple venues in India. The three-match series will begin on January 11, with the remaining matches scheduled for January 14 and January 18.
Fans are eagerly looking forward to the series, as Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are set to feature in the ODI leg. The two Indian stalwarts have retired from Test cricket and T20Is, making the 50-over format their only international commitment.

Both players recently turned out in the Vijay Hazare Trophy for their respective domestic teams. Their appearances generated significant buzz, with packed crowds turning up to watch their favourite stars in domestic cricket.

India’s ODI squad announcement
The Indian squad for the ODI series against New Zealand is expected to be announced on January 3. The selection has reportedly been kept on hold to allow the selection committee to closely monitor player performances in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy. The tickets for the first odi match at BCA Stadium, Vadodara, have already been sold out.
India enter the series on the back of a strong performance against South Africa, where they clinched the ODI series 3-1. The Men in Blue will be keen to build on that momentum as they prepare to take on New Zealand at home.
New Zealand will be led by Michael Bracewell, with several senior players missing from the ODI squad.
