Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday appealed to the public, saying that to make the city’s development journey more effective, faster, and broader in scope, BJP candidates must get the support of the people in the upcoming MCD bypolls.
Gupta emphasised that this upcoming byelection is not merely about choosing representatives but will determine the direction in which the city progresses.

According to Gupta, every vote cast for the BJP is a vote for Delhi’s enhanced civic amenities and a brighter future for every family living in the national capital.
CM Gupta conducted roadshows for the BJP candidates across some wards of the total 12 that are going for bypolls. During her address, she said that the kind of energy she has witnessed, along with the enthusiasm of the residents, clearly indicates her party is poised to win all 12 seats.
“One sentiment stands out: that is trust in the BJP, support for the BJP, and a strong aspiration for meaningful change,” she said while observing the people’s support during her campaigning.
She reaffirmed that the BJP remains committed to delivering a better future, enhanced public services, and rapid development for every citizen of the national capital.
Speaking on the occasion, Gupta said that the enthusiasm and support of the public reflect their confidence in the ongoing development works being done by the government.
She claimed that over the last eight months, notable progress in roads, sanitation, healthcare, and other civic projects has further reinforced public trust.
Today was the final day of campaigning for the November 30 MCD byelections, and the parties reached out to the maximum number of voters they could, conducting road shows, public meetings, and campaigns.
