The Rajasthan government has adopted the Global Capability Centre (GCC) Policy-2025 that aims to project the state as an excellent global hub of innovation and investment.

Accordingly, Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Udaipur will be developed as GCC hubs, and 200 Global Capability Centres — one in each of the state’s 200 assembly segments — will be set up by 2030, Industries Minister Col. Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore said.

“We target to generate employment avenues for 1.5 lakh youth through these GCCs and aspire to contribute significantly to India’s total GCC market of USD 100 billion,” Rathore said.
He said that an array of incentives, as per the provisions and clauses of the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme (RIPS-2024), would be given to GCC promoters.
These include capital investment subsidy, land cost incentive, payroll subsidy, and rental assistance, all admissible in accordance with the prescribed terms and provisions. A number of other concessions or incentives, including training assistance and relief in taxes and duties, will also be provided, the Industries Minister said.
The state cabinet on Wednesday approved the policy for implementation in the state.
With the above sops, the government aims to attract multinational corporations and global companies to set up or expand their GCCs for functions such as IT, R&D, and finance.
