Nishant Kumar, Pawan Singh among NDA nominees for Bihar Legislative Council polls
The BJP and JD(U) have each announced four candidates for the polls.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will be on a two-day visit to his parliamentary constituency, Lucknow, from tomorrow. He will attend various programmes, including unveiling the statue of martyr Uda Devi.
Lucknow BJP city president Anand Dwivedi said here on Friday that the Defence Minister will arrive at Lucknow Airport at 11:40 a.m. on Saturday. From the airport, the MP will travel to the Cantonment and participate in the “Senior Worker Public Dialogue” programme at the Sanskrit Pathshala Auditorium and at 4:00 p.m. at the Rajkumar Children’s Academy in Rajajipuram.

Rajnath Singh will then proceed to Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Seth’s residence on Vikramaditya Marg to pay condolences on the death of his mother.

On Sunday, at noon, the Lucknow MP will attend the Martyrdom Day programme of martyr Uda Devi at Sector 19, Pasi Chauraha, Vrindavan Colony, and unveil her statue.
After the programme, he will depart for the airport from Vrindavan Colony at 1:20 PM.
