ISRO Chairman V Narayanan said, “Today, LVM3 launched the heaviest satellite of all vehicles, and all systems performed satisfactorily even as we had a tough time due to weather.”
The CMS-03 satellite will enhance India’s space-based communication and maritime domain awareness capabilities, providing secure multi-band communication coverage across the country and surrounding oceanic regions.
