Godrej Properties Ltd officially announced on Monday through a regulatory filing to the stock exchange that it has received the project registration certificate from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) for its upcoming residential project called ‘Godrej Trilogy’, in Worli, Mumbai.

According to the company’s regulatory filing, it expects to generate more than Rs 10,000 crore in revenue from the project.

The upcoming project ‘Godrej Trilogy’, spanning 2.63 acres, will feature three residential towers. In the first phase, the company will launch two towers during this quarter.

According to the company statement, the project located off Dr Annie Besant Road and adjoining the Mahalaxmi Racecourse offers unobstructed views of the Arabian Sea.

Presently, MahaRERA approval has been obtained for two of the three proposed towers, comprising approximately 11 lakh square feet of saleable area in Phase 1.

The first phase will feature towers named ‘Seaturf’ and ‘Seafront’, which will be launched in the present quarter, according to the company’s filing.

“Receiving RERA approval for our Worli project marks an important step forward in our development timeline. The location offers a rare combination of scale, connectivity, and visibility. This project further strengthens Godrej’s presence in South Mumbai and aligns with our strategy of acquiring and developing high-potential urban land parcels. We will aim to deliver a landmark development that offers its residents an outstanding quality of life,” Godrej Properties MD & CEO Gaurav Pandey said.
