In line with the state’s push for digital governance, Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has directed the Health Department to develop a dedicated mobile application to facilitate online payments for medical tests across government hospitals in Himachal Pradesh.

“The initiative aims to provide citizens with a convenient and cashless mode of payment, reducing queues and wait times at hospitals.
Once operational, the app will allow patients to pay for diagnostic tests online and also enable online appointment booking with doctors at various hospitals, ensuring smoother and more efficient healthcare delivery,” he said.
