The hit period drama will return in two parts, with the first four episodes streaming from January 29, 2026. The second half is expected later in the year. According to Netflix, Season 4 follows Benedict’s journey as he struggles with love, identity, and the expectations that come with being a Bridgerton. Though his brothers have already found their happily ever after, Benedict seems content living as a carefree bachelor until a mysterious “Lady in Silver” sweeps into his life during a masquerade ball hosted by his mother, Violet Bridgerton.

The teaser shared on Netflix’s Instagram page gives a glimpse of what’s to come: candlelit dances, stolen glances, and all the emotional chaos that makes ‘Bridgerton’ so addictive. Fans have already begun speculating about the chemistry between Benedict, played by Luke Thompson, and his new love interest Sophie Baek, portrayed by Yerin Ha.

The series brings back familiar faces that fans have grown to adore: Jonathan Bailey as Anthony, Nicola Coughlan as Penelope, Golda Rosheuvel as Queen Charlotte, Claudia Jessie as Eloise, Luke Newton as Colin, and Adjoa Andoh as the ever-wise Lady Danbury. Veteran actress Julie Andrews will once again lend her voice to the mysterious Lady Whistledown, whose scandalous newsletters keep London society on its toes.

Season 4 also adds new faces to the glittering world of the ton. Simone Ashley returns as Kate Bridgerton, joined by Isabella Wei, Michelle Mao, and Katie Leung in new roles that promise to shake up the story.

For those keeping count, this season marks the halfway point in Netflix’s grand plan to adapt all eight of Julia Quinn’s beloved novels. Each book follows a different Bridgerton sibling’s romantic tale, meaning fans still have plenty of love stories to look forward to.

The streamer has already confirmed that Seasons 5 and 6 are in the works.
