After delighting over 15 million Chinese food aficionados across India and overseas for more than three decades, Mainland China returns to Chandigarh after a five-year hiatus — this time in an all-new avatar as Asia Kitchen by Mainland China.
With a vibrant new dining concept, the restaurant brings an exciting culinary journey that traverses the streets of Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Burma — all while retaining the signature flavours that have made Mainland China a household name. The new outlet has opened at Nexus Elante Mall.

We look forward to welcoming guests to experience the best of Asia – right here at Elante Mall,” Chatterjee said.
Nripendra Chauhan, Chief Operating Officer, Asia Kitchen by Mainland China, added, “We conducted extensive research before unveiling Asia Kitchen by Mainland China in Chandigarh. We see tremendous potential for our menu in this city, especially among young diners.”
Discussing the brand’s growth plans, Chauhan said: “We plan to expand Asia Kitchen by Mainland China both across India and overseas. Within India, our focus is on establishing outlets in all major cities, while internationally, we are strengthening our presence in Dubai with two new locations in the pipeline.”
