President Droupadi Murmu Wednesday extended heartfelt birthday greetings to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 75th birthday, praising his extraordinary leadership and vision for the nation.
“By exemplifying the pinnacle of hard work through your extraordinary leadership, you have instilled a culture of achieving great goals in the country,” she said.

Prime Minister Modi responded with gratitude, emphasising the importance of collective efforts in building a strong and self-reliant India. “With the affection and cooperation of 140 crore fellow citizens, we will always remain dedicated to building a strong, capable, and self-reliant India. In this direction, your vision and thoughts are very inspiring for us,” he said in a post on handle X.

The birthday wishes come amid various celebrations across the country, with the BJP launching several initiatives and projects under the ‘Sewa Pakhwada’ campaign from September 17 to October 2.
Some key events include, Nationwide Health Initiatives; Textile Park Inauguration; Ayushman Aarogya Mandirs, Inauguration of 41 healthcare centres in Delhi; Cataract Surgeries and Eye Check-ups; and Tree Plantation Drive.
