Delhi Metro to run extra train trips to encourage use of public transport
This capacity expansion aims to ensure uninterrupted service and efficient passenger management during increased passenger journeys.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Dhankher highlighted the critical challenges of executing tunneling works using Tunnel Boring Machines (TBMs) in densely populated areas of Delhi, while emphasising the importance of core engineering practices and the quality of engineers in nation-building.
