“I sincerely apologize for any wrongdoings and humbly request her forgiveness.”
Siddharth further pledged full allegiance to the party’s discipline and leadership, vowing not to misuse any personal or political relationships for undue advantage.
He also distanced himself from individuals who were expelled from the BSP, including former Maharashtra state president Sandeep Tajne and Hemant Pratap from Firozabad, stating clearly that he would never recommend their return to the party.
Siddharth also made a special appeal to Mayawati for his reinstatement in the BSP, promising unwavering loyalty and strict adherence to party directives moving forward.
Re-entry of Ashok Siddharth in BSP took place after his son-in-law and Mayawati’s nephew Akash Anand was made national coordinator of the party recently. Earlier both Akash and Siddharth were expelled after Delhi assembly polls but after a few months Akash was reinstated.
Meanwhile, Mayawati will chair an important meeting of the senior party leaders here tomorrow where several important decisions would be taken including Bihar assembly polls.
