Dr Tilak Saha, chairman of the undergraduate board of studies in zoology and organising secretary of CTAS-2025, said, “Our objective was to bridge the gap between policy and practice. Through this workshop, we aimed to empower college teachers with not just knowledge, but the confidence to deliver the new curriculum effectively.”
Participants appreciated the comprehensive training and practical exposure. On the concluding day, certificates and a protocol booklet containing the proceedings were distributed. Attendees also called for similar regular upskilling initiatives and wider dissemination of the workshop outcomes across zoology departments in the region.
