Following a shootout with the Delhi Police in the city’s Rohini area, two men were arrested who were allegedly linked with the Kapil Nandu-Venkat Garg gang, an official said on Saturday.
A senior officer said that the arrested men have been identified as Harshdeep (20), from Haryana’s Ambala Cantonment, and Naveen (24), a native of Panipat.

According to the police, the duo has sustained bullet wounds during the encounter in Rohini Sector 28 and is undergoing treatment.

“The duo was wanted for their involvement in a firing incident that happened in Delhi’s Chhawla area on Thursday,” the officer said.
Further inquiry into this case is ongoing by the team to ascertain their other associates’ involvement and to confiscate the weapon used in the crime, they said.
