Tanya Mittal enters Bigg Boss house: When most contestants pack light before entering the Bigg Boss house, Tanya Mittal has done exactly the opposite.

The entrepreneur and social activist walked into the new season of ‘Bigg Boss 19’ with a jaw-dropping collection of 800 sarees.

The Salman Khan-hosted reality show has always seen quirky contestants, but Tanya has already set herself apart with her love for traditional attire.

Speaking about her preparation before stepping into the glass-walled house, Tanya revealed that she did not want to compromise on her personal style.

“I am not leaving my luxuries behind. I’m carrying my jewellery, accessories, and over 800 sarees. I have planned three sarees for each day which I will change throughout the day,” she said.

This season of ‘Bigg Boss’, titled ‘Gharwalon Ki Sarkaar’, has an interesting mix of contestants, including Gaurav Khanna, Amaal Mallik, Awez Darbar, Ashnoor Kaur, Mridul Tiwari, Nagma Mirajkar, Kunickaa Sadanand, Baseer Ali, Abhishek Bajaj, Zeeshan Quadri, Nehal Chudasama, Natalia Janoszek, Pranit More, Farhana Bhatt, Neelam Giri, and Tanya Mittal herself.

However, Tanya’s journey has not been smooth so far. Despite her grand entry, she has already been nominated for eviction this week along with Gaurav Khanna, Neelam Giri, Natalia, Abhishek Bajaj, Zeeshan Quadri, and Pranit More.

She broke down after learning that Pranit More and Mridul Tiwari, whom she considered close friends inside the house, voted against her.

Earlier, Tanya has also stirred controversy with her bold remarks. In one of her statements that quickly went viral, she demanded that fellow housemates call her ‘ma’am’. She further added that her own family addresses her as ‘boss’.
