Fresh bomb threats to two schools and a college in Dwarka on Monday triggered sharp criticism from the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), which accused the BJP’s “four-engine” government of failing to provide a safe environment in Delhi’s schools.

AAP leaders took to social media, questioning the BJP government over ‘repeated inaction’ and the alleged failure to catch the culprits behind the recurring threats.

Arvind Kejriwal, AAP’s national convenor, wrote on X: “DPS, Dwarka, along with several other schools in Dwarka, once again received bomb threats today. Delhi schools are repeatedly targeted with such threats, yet not a single culprit has been caught, nor has any action been taken to date. The BJP is unable to manage Delhi or its law and order, and its ‘four-engine’ governments have completely failed in the capital.”

Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the Delhi Assembly, Atishi, also hit out at the BJP’s central government over the repeated bomb threats to schools in the city. Writing on X, she asked, “What is the Delhi Police even doing?”

AAP’s national media in-charge, Anurag Dhanda, echoed the concerns, targeting Union Home Minister Amit Shah. “For the past two years, Delhi schools have been receiving such threats, yet Amit Shah’s police has been unable to do anything,” Dhanda wrote.

AAP leader Jasmine Shah also targeted the Centre, questioning Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. “Such terror threats in schools have become a monthly affair in Delhi for the past decade. Till date, not a single person has been brought to justice. If the Modi government cannot keep children in the national capital safe, how can they be trusted to keep the country safe?” she posted on X.
