Other members of the Commission, including Col. Rajesh Kumar Sharma and Dr. Anju Sharma, as well as Secretary Nivedita Negi and Joint Secretary Chhavi Nanta, were also present on the occasion.

The Governor congratulated all members, officers, and employees of the Commission for their efforts in achieving its objectives during the reporting period.

Capt. Thakur informed the Governor that in recent years, the Commission has undertaken several institutional reforms aimed at enhancing efficiency, strengthening transparency, and adopting technological solutions in line with the digital era.
He added that these measures have helped reinforce public confidence in the Commission’s functioning and reaffirmed its role as a beacon of trust.
“The present report reflects our collective commitment to upholding constitutional values and promoting good governance,” he said.
