According to Jagbir, a resident of Ganpati Vihar, his granddaughter Arya was among the victims. “She left for school as usual. We never imagined something like this would happen,” he said, grieving. Amit Malik, a resident of Mohammadpur Raisingh, shared that his two daughters were also in the van and suffered serious injuries. His elder daughter Ananya has been referred to Delhi RR Hospital from Kailash Hospital in Kankarkheda, while his younger daughter Ojasvi is being treated at MH Hospital.

Police have confirmed that the investigation is underway, including identifying the DCM driver and examining the circumstances leading to the accident.
