“Only 9.16% electors remain to submit their filled enumeration forms before the July 25 deadline,” the Commission noted, emphasising the need for eligible voters to participate in the process.
The Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls in Bihar aims to update the electoral rolls and ensure that all eligible citizens are registered to vote.
The Commission has set up special camps in all 5,683 wards of 261 Urban Local Bodies and encouraged electors to fill their forms online using the ECINet App or the online form.
Electors can fill out their enumeration forms online and search for their names in the 2023 electoral roll using the ECINet App or the online form.
BLOs are being supported by 1.5 lakh Booth Level Agents appointed by political parties, each of whom can certify and submit up to 50 enumeration forms per day.
Special camps are also being set up in all urban local bodies to ensure that no eligible voter is left out.
