The J&K Police on Wednesday evening announced a cash reward of Rs 20 lakh for anyone providing information leading to the neutralisation of the terrorists involved in the killing of 26 civilians at Baisaran near Pahalgam.
The identity of the informer will be kept strictly confidential, the police said.

Police on Sunday foiled the Congress’ march to Lok Bhavan (Lt. Governor’s residence) in Jammu by detaining dozens of leaders and activists attempting to submit a memorandum addressed to President Droupadi Murmu demanding immediate restoration of full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir.
As many as 26 people, mostly tourists, were killed by terrorists at Pahalgam in south Kashmir on April 22 last year.
