Mere existence of Dargah does not automatically make land a Waqf Board property, says Madras High Court

The Uttarakhand government will put the State Waqf Board-acquired lands and occupants of enemy properties on radar. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami directed his senior officials to track and review records of properties acquired by the Waqf Board in Uttarakhand.
