Farmers protesting over MSP and farm laws clash with police at Mohali-Chandigarh border
Farmers marching towards Chandigarh’s Raj Bhavan clashed with police at the Mohali border as authorities used tear gas and water cannons to stop protesters.

The farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal on Monday night, while addressing a press conference, said that after the discussion of both forums, the Centre’s proposal given in the fourth round of talks, has been rejected by them.
He said that after the discussion among the forums based on analyses it was concluded that there is nothing in the government’s proposal and the same is not in favour of farmers.

The farmer leader also raised objection over the use of tear gas to stop protesting farmer and said that everyone has a righ to stage a peaceful protest in a democracy.
