Raftaar’s next song, a school item titled “Main Wahi Hoon”, is out. A collaborative track with Dehradun-based rapper Vivek Arora, who goes by the stage name Karma, the song is a nostalgic take on the school days of a backbencher.
The hip-hop single “Main Wahi Hoon” has catchy beat and lyrics that will remind many of their school days. With rap like, “Main Wahi Hoon, Piche Waali Seat Wala, Paperon Mein Cheat Wala,Khota Sikka Dheeth Sala”, the track explores a space that has been aptly used by other genres, thereby giving a new twist to it with the rap.

Raftaar also shared the news of his single’s launch on his Twitter handle. He wrote, “Time to go #BackToSchool as I drop my new single #MainWahiHoon tomorrow!! @AmazonMusicIN @zeemusiccompany @karmathelekhak” sharing an animated picture of both artists in a classroom.
Dilin Nair, better known by his stage name Raftaar is a rapper and music composer. He was formerly a member of the urban music group Mafia Mundeer, formed by Yo Yo Honey Singh. After leaving the group, he performed with the records of the Punjabi band RDB. His last single that hit music charts was “Nachne Ka Shaunq” featuring Brodha V.
Vivek Arora from Dehradun is a free style rapper who rose to fame with “Mere Bhai Log”, and his work continues to create a buzz within the rising rap scene of the country.
