Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar called on Dalai Lama at the latter’s residence in Bodh Gaya.
Dalai Lama, who has been at Bodh Gaya since December 16, received Kumar at Gaden Phelgelying Monday evening and presented him with a traditional Tibetan scarf as a token of blessings.

The two last met in January last year during the launch of the first volume of Science and Philosophy in the Indian Buddhist Classics at Bodh Gaya.

Prashant Kishor accused Nitish Kumar of political missteps and announced a door-to-door Jan Suraaj campaign to challenge the BJP in Bankipur.
CPI(ML) General Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya said on Saturday that the BJP has not only removed Nitish Kumar from power but has also overturned his entire political discourse and model of governance.
