Actor Ayushmann Khurrana’s Twitter timeline had been flooded with messages, as Bollywood celebrities and fans bombarded him with questions asking him to share his big “good news”. While many were puzzled as to what news in his life triggered this ‘Badhaai Ho’ frenzy on social media, all speculation came to an end on Monday as the actor cleared the air.
So, it was all about Ayushmann Khurrana and Dangal girl Sanya Malhotra’s upcoming film Badhaai Ho, which managed to create some curiosity before the release of trailer or teaser.

It all started when Sanya took to her Twitter handle asking Ayushmann’s fans to send out congratulatory messages to him and ask him if there’s a good news in store. Her post read: “Hey guys! Wish @ayushmannk #BadhaaiHo aur poocho, khush khabri kya hai? He has something to share with us.”

On Monday, Sanya released a video, which was more of an announcement of the trailer release date. She wrote, “Guys ! Guess what? I finally met @ayushmannk ! Bohot gusse mein tha. Check out what happened! #BadhaaiHo”

In the video, Sanya says all that Badhaai Ho messages had turned Ayushmann into Mr India but she had somehow managed to get hold of him.

Ayushmann enters the scene angrily and says how irritated he is with the Badhaai Ho messages as everyone is asking ‘Khush Khabri Kya hai’. He says the world will know the good news tomorrow as they are all set to unveil the trailer on Tuesday (September 11).

Badhaai Ho is being made under the banner of Junglee Pictures, who gave Bareilly Ki Barfi last year. As Ayushmann is collaborating for the second time with the team.
