Admissions will be made through a common entrance examination, bringing West Bengal in line with the national EMRS model.
The meeting was attended by External Affairs Minister of India S Jaishankar, Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong, Japan Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
The development comes after the Appellate Tribunal under the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators - Forfeiture of Property - Act (SAFEMA) set aside most of the ED's findings and penalties in the 2009 IPL South Africa FEMA case against him and others.
