Haryana assembly speaker Kanwarpal Gurjar has disposed of a Breach of Privilege Notice moved by Congress MLA Jai Teerath Dahiya against female Indian Police Officer (IPS) officer .
Sources from the assembly revealed that Gurjar has disposed of the notice without taking action and asking the duo to respect the rights of each other.

Dahiya, Congress legislator from Rai constituency assembly moved notice against Arora, Principal-cum-Director of Motilal Nehru School of Sports (MNSS), Rai, in Sonipat following a legal notice served to him by the IPS officer accusing the MLA of defamation.
Dahiya moved the notice under Rules 280-281-297 of Procedure and Conduct of Business of the State Legislative Assembly. Following which, Vidhan Sabha has asked the Arora to file her reply.
Earlier this month, Arora had served a legal notice on Dahiya for allegedly defaming her image through his statements in the media.
In the legal notice, Arora, has threatened to sue Dahiya for Rs 4 Crore and start criminal proceedings in case the Congress leader does not tender apology in a week.
However, Dahiya in his notice moved to Vidhan Sabha asserted that he is a public servant and he has right to raise issues concerning to people.
Arora recently hit the headlines when an audit of the MNSS, conducted by the Haryana Finance Department from April 1, 2015, to January 1, reportedly found gross irregularities during the tenure of IPS officer Bharati Arora as director of the school.
The audit report says that there were embezzlement, fraudulent payments and misappropriation of funds in the purchase of sports material, furniture and other items in the school.
