The recent austerity appeal of the Hon’ble Prime Minister aligns closely with his global vision of “Lifestyle for Environment” (LiFE), which he consistently advocates on global platforms.
UN Environment Programme Executive Director Erik Solheim on Thursday condoled the death of Environment Minister Anil Madhav Dave, describing him as a wonderful advocate for environment.
"Deeply sad to hear that Anil Dave has passed away," Solheim tweeted. He said Dave was "such a wonderful advocate for the environment — we'll miss him dearly".
