Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik visited Loisingha, Saintala
and Muribahal blocks of Bolangir district to inaugurate and lay foundation
stone for several projects and deliver his customary speech without even
broaching certain burning issues of the people as well as the demand for a
separate Titlagarh district.

The Chief Minister was accompanied by Bolangir MP A U Singh
Deo,Kalikesh Narayan Singh Deo,Minister Jogendra Behera, MLA Tukuni Sahu and
Ayub Khan. In his brief speech, the CM highlighted the achievements of the
state government and the numerous welfare schemes initiated by his government.
He asserted that his government was committed to safeguard the interest of the
state and uplift the poor and downtrodden.

Development of the state is the agenda of the BJD
government, he claimed. In Loisingha , he inaugurated projects like Kusangijore
bridge, a girls hostel of Jharmunda model school, a 33/11 KV grid substation in
Salebhata, a water supply project in Gaintala village etc. At Gurunda of
Kantabanji constituency projects like lift irrigation points of Gharla and
Sriram village ,girls hostel of Bhalumunda, 33/11 KV substation at Bangomunda, four
anganwadi centres of Bangomunda block etc. He also inaugurated projects in in
Papsi village of Titilagarh constituency. Massive police arrangement was made
to ensure smooth trip of the CM. Preventive detention of a few BJP and Congress
workers were made in Kantabanji, Bangomunda, Loisingha , Balangir sadar,
Bolangir town police area.
