Sundarbans girls run marathon in city, make a difference
Romana Basak (name changed) (12), a Class V student had always dreamt of running in a marathon. Fourteen-year-old Basum Molla (name changed), a Class VI student too loves to run.
The Bangladesh Education Board has announced the HSC Results 2018 on the official website www.educationboard.gov.bd for all its boards. The overall passing percentage was recorded at 66.64.
The candidates of Dhaka Board, Rajshahi Board, Comilla Board, Jessore Board, Chittagong Board, Barisal Board, Sylhet Board, Dinajpur Board can now check the board wise results, and the pass percentage of boys and girls:
Dhaka Board: Boys – 63.37%; Girls – 68.95%; Total – 66.13%

Rajshahi Board: Boys – 61.40%; Girls- 72.69 %; Total – 66.51%
Comilla Board: Boys – 63.49 %; Girls – 67.08 %; Total – 65.42%
Jessore Board: Boys – 55.71%; Girls – 65.45 %; Total – 60.40%
Chittagong Board: Boys – 59.47 %; Girls – 65.87 %; Total – 62.73%
Barisal Board: Boys – 65.35 %; Girls – 76.00 %; Total – 70.55%
Sylhet Board: Boys – 58.92%; Girls – 64.81%; Total – 62.11%
Dinajpur Board: Boys – 56.22 %; Girls – 64.51 %; Total – 60.21%
Candidates who have not yet checked the BD HSC Results 2018 online can do so by following these steps:
– Enter the official website Education Board Results Gov BD i.e. www.educationboard.gov.bd
– Select the examination
– Select the year
– Select the Bangladesh education board
– Enter the information asked — roll number, registration number and date of birth.
– Submit all the details online and result will appear on the screen.
