This is the same silicon that top brands will be using in their flagships over the next year, so Xiaomi clearly has a head start.
Pair that with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage, and you’re looking at a beast of a phone. On the display front, it carries a 6.3-inch OLED screen with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, perfect for gamers and binge-watchers alike.
Photography lovers will find joy in the 50MP triple-camera setup tuned with Leica lenses. For those who live life on their phones, Xiaomi has gone big with a 7,000mAh battery this year. Charging won’t be a headache either. The phone supports 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, numbers that sound futuristic even today.
As for pricing, don’t expect this one to be cheap. The Xiaomi 17 is expected to start around ₹75,000, but with all the bells and whistles, the tag could creep closer to ₹85,000 in India. That still undercuts Apple’s Pro models, but the gap is closing fast.
