DR Congo govt condemns massacre of 52 civilians committed by M23 rebels

The government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has condemned the killing of 52 civilians during the night of Friday to Saturday in the eastern city of Goma, allegedly carried out by rebels of the March 23 Movement (M23).
