Second attack in four months: Gunfire damages US Consulate in Toronto; getaway car tops 140 km/h

Investigators recovered a shell casing and found damage to the consulate building while the RCMP joined Toronto police in tracing suspects who escaped after officers halted a high-speed pursuit.
