Sudhakar Singh's health deteriorated after returning from a reception for Mukhtar Ansari's younger son, Umar Ansari, in Delhi on November 17. He was admitted to Medanta Hospital in Lucknow on Tuesday. He breathed his last at the hospital this morning.
"This is a mismatched alliance between RJD and JD(U). It is said that the chief minister will be changed after two months," said Pashupati Paras.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has accepted the resignation of Agriculture Minister Sudhakar Singh, officials said on Sunday.
Sudhakar Singh earlier pointed out corruption in the agriculture department. He publicly said that the corruption was taking place from lower to the higher level officers. "All of them are thieves," he had said.
"If you burn effigies, I will realise that something is going wrong. But if you don't do it, I believe that everything is okay," he said.
