IGNCA report calls for major overhaul of Delhi Assembly library infrastructure

Vijender Gupta, Speaker of the Delhi Assembly, announced on Friday that the Delhi Legislative Assembly would undergo a comprehensive infrastructural overhaul, based on recommendations in a report submitted by the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts (IGNCA).
