The Union Health Ministry on Saturday reported a decline in the number of ‘zero-dose’ children in the last year. ‘Zero-dose’ children are those who have not received a single vaccination shot.
Earlier in July, the Subject Expert Committee of the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) had refused to grant emergency-use authorisation to Sputnik-Light.
