Indian swimmer Sajan Prakash says learning the importance of recovery helped him return from post-Paris Olympics burnout as he targets podium finishes at the Commonwealth Games and Asian Games.
The Swimming federation of India also named a 13-member squad for water polo and two divers - Siddharth Bajrang Pardeshi and Heman London Singh.
Swimmers Srihari Nataraj and Sajan Prakash made the finals of the 100m mens backstroke and 200m butterfly events respectively at the 18th Asian Games here on Sunday.
