The probe will be headed by an officer in the rank of Joint Director of the central probe agency.
The suspended officers include former Kolkata Police Commissioner Vineet Goyal, along with IPS officers Indira Mukherjee and Abhishek Gupta. The state government also announced departmental proceedings against all three officers.
