According to state excise minister Nitin Agarwal here on Friday, the revenue collected till January 2026 in FY 2025–26 is Rs 6,074.80 crore, higher than the Rs 37,900.35 crore collected during the same period (up to January 2025) in FY 2024–25, marking an increase of 16.03%.
The company’s board has declared an interim dividend of Rs 11 per equity share of Rs 1 each for FY26.
The company's revenue from operations rose by more than 16% annually to Rs 21,847 crore, while its operating margins improved to 12.60% in Q3FY26 compared to 12.07% in Q3FY25.
On a quarter-over-quarter (QoQ) basis, net profit rose by 47.8 per cent from Rs 2,649 Crores in Q2 FY26 to Rs 3,916 crores in Q3 FY26.
The company has attributed its Q3 FY26 PAT decline to a one-time charge related to the labour code and legal claims, along with restructuring expenses in a statement.
The company, which follows January-December financial year, said its net profit was at USD 367 million in the March 2020 quarter.
For FY21, net income grew 13.2 per cent to USD 1,760 million and revenue was up 2.4 per cent to USD 10,175 million over the previous fiscal.
