The Pushkar Singh Dhami government in Uttarakhand's has decided to declare the state fully literate with the cabinet's formal approval on Thursday.
The Pushkar Singh Dhami government shared the information during the ongoing budget session of the state assembly at Bhararisain on Thursday.
"Wherever the intruders are, every one of them from Kedarnath to Kanyakumari will be picked and ousted from the country. They will not be allowed to stay here," Shah said.
State Women Congress president Jyoti Rautela, along with a couple of her colleagues, tonsured her head in solidarity with the murder victim.
