The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Tuesday asked its officials, including CEOs and DEOs, to work transparently following the existing legal framework and be approachable and responsive to political parties.
Addressing a press conference here on Saturday, Shivakumar said, "I request ECI to collect the call register of the Chief Minister."
The poll body directed all state governments to transfer officials posted in their home districts and those who have spent three years in a district in the last four years.
