Jharkhand HC clubs PIL with large batch of petitions alleging irregularities in JSSC exams

The PIL was filed by Prakash Kumar of Chatra and Shyam Kumar of Ranchi. It names the State of Jharkhand, the Chief Secretary, the JSSC Chairman, the Examination Controller, the Home Department and senior police officials as respondents.
