The delegation on Monday also thanked the South American country for understanding India's stand against terrorism and views shared on the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack.
The Indian all-party Parliamentary delegation, led by BJP MP Baijayant Jay Panda, on Friday departed from Saudi Arabia for Algeria carrying forth India's strong message of zero tolerance for terrorism as part of the diplomatic outreach on Operation Sindoor and reaffirming the nation's resolve to combat terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
After the briefing, Congress leader Salman Khurshid said there was “no interference by anyone in the understanding reached between India and Pakistan”.
The delegation also met Union Minister for Civil Aviation and Steel, Jyotiraditya Scindia, on Tuesday, and had a discussion on enhancing trade ties, strengthening bilateral agreements, safety and security, and India's G20 leadership.
