Pradhan expressed confidence that all States would extend their full cooperation to ensure that the NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination is conducted in a smooth, transparent, and fair manner.
The Education Minister revealed that the verification process began on May 8 and continued for four days before authorities decided to cancel the examination in the interest of students.
The top court asked the counsel representing the petitioners to demonstrate that the paper leak was so systemic and affected the exam so as to warrant the cancellation of the entire exam.
The apex court directs the NTA and CBI to make full disclosure on the paper leak, its mode, and extent.
