The move comes as the BJP seeks to consolidate its position in the Chandigarh Municipal Corporation, where the mayoral election is scheduled for January 2026.
The bench, also comprising Justices P.S. Narasimha and J.B. Pardiwala, said it will list the matter on Wednesday.
In her plea, Shelly Oberoi sought a time-bound conduct of the election to the post of mayor in Delhi which has been stalled twice.
As per the list of businesses, Deputy CM Manish Sisodia will also introduce 'The Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Bill, 2023'.
